Cal in 1820 Cal out 1811 98 fats 153 carbs 103 protein I'm thinking I need to lower my calories 1500 a day and stay there ..my problem is snacking on those planters mixed nuts vitality mix and omega there high in calories 🤔I ate 4 ounces yesterday I need to hide them and just eat 2 ounces a day .. 👍
