I'm thinking I need to lower my calories 1500 a day and stay there ..my problem is snacking on those planters mixed nuts vitality mix and omega there high in calories 🤔I ate 4 ounces yesterday I need to hide them and just eat 2 ounces a day .. 👍
157.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 7.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I think if ur calorie maintenance is 1800, 1500 is a perfect number
