What is your calorie intake and how often are you weighing yourself? Don't weigh yourself too often, the normal weight fluctuations can make a person depressed.

Also, if you aren't already doing cardio, you could try adding some cardio to your routine. Even walking is great.

if running a very low calorie diet for extended periods of time
progress will stall as body has adjusted to intake a exercise
so either increase exercise
best solution is up calorie intake and then taper down
that way as body adjust to calorie intake u reduce once more
keeping yourself in a constant decline
