I’m stuck and I’m feeling more and more hopeless
144.6 lb Lost so far: 30.9 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

My calorie intake is already really low, that’s why I don’t understand why I’m not losing weight. Thank you though

What is your calorie intake and how often are you weighing yourself? Don't weigh yourself too often, the normal weight fluctuations can make a person depressed.

Also, if you aren't already doing cardio, you could try adding some cardio to your routine. Even walking is great.

if running a very low calorie diet for extended periods of time progress will stall as body has adjusted to intake a exercise so either increase exercise best solution is up calorie intake and then taper down that way as body adjust to calorie intake u reduce once more keeping yourself in a constant decline
