Started HCG on May 9th.

I'm hungry today...this is the first real day on the 500cal diet.

Going to follow it to the T though.
177.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

I did the diet in March and am on Phase 3 now. I think the first week was the hardest, not sure I was 'hungry' but really had 'cravings' and was used to eating throughout the day. Hard habits to break! Hang in there though. It really does work! Good luck! :)

I'm in my first week of the HCG diet, and haven't felt very hungry, but (like you) also have cravings. I love whole wheat bread and butter!! Put the bread into the freezer, since I won't need it for awhile. :)
