I just don't get why I'm not losing weight?! I'm more physically active than I have ever been in my life, eating well, but still not losing... I'm very discouraged.
138.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Me Too! I feel your pain. Just remember muscle weighs more than fat - so go by the fit of your clothes. Do they feel loser? If so, that is a Small success that you should celebrate - but not with food! :) New Shoes, maybe?

Thanks! At least I know I'm exercising, and that's good for me, regardless. I did buy myself new running shoes! :0)
