Been there a thousand times. I gain when I travel 🚙 and eat off my plan. It took 3 weeks to get that 10lbs off and get back to routine. Salt can cause a gain. MSG. Bad sleep. 🤬 Stress hormones (temper temper, grasshopper). Muscle build can seem a weight gain. Take a deep breath. Take another. Realize you are supposed to go up and down, a billion functions in your body. Quick fix is quick fail. Long haul, the turtle wins. Now just look yourself in the eyes 👀 and resolve to keep going. As we all must.

Stress? Lack of sleep? Eating too frequently? There are a lot of factors. But don’t discourage yourself and get out of the mindset that everything is messing up.

I looked at your weight logs back a few months. What program are you on? Weight does not come off daily so it’s odd to log everyday and get so frustrated...everyday.
