I Just Keep Gainin'.
My 'Docs' Wont 'Hear Me'!
I Had Lost 30lbs Before I Broke My Right Ankle In 7 Places!
I Managed To Gain It All Back And Then A Few ...
After 2yrs Of Not Bein' Able To Just WALK, Let Alone Exercise!!
I Am So Freakin' Uncomfortable & Frustrated!

Can you get a referral to a nutritionist? Most doctors don't really know how to help you lose weight

Hang in there. Look at what the mix of things you are eating.. at your cal intake vs. BMR... keep looking to adjust something. You will find it... you will find the path forward for you... You will make it happen. Just hang in there and keep working to move to your goals.

Keep going. I’ve been there.. 4 spinal surgeries in 18 months .. Get some help with a plan. Record everything. You’ll get lots of support from this fs community You can do it!😁

U can loose weight without exercising, all u gotta do is watch what u eat. Yeap a nutritionist is a great idea 💡
