I have begun to add walking to my program, I guess now that there are two things in my “plan” I can officially call it a plan.’
I walked a mile, last Friday, first time in 2 years and yes, I was sore the next day. However, the next day, I had to move out an old a/c unit and help my husband shove the new unit into place. Up and down, and up and down the stairs. Lifting plywood in to the attic, we are decking the attic so that when we replace the duct work, we don’t have to watch where we are stepping. I walked .75 miles last night, I would have gone for the whole mile, but it began to rain. Not as sore this morning. I lost only .6 of a pound since last Tuesday. Waiting for the Whoosh.
161.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Did I experience another Whoosh? How can I lose one pound in just one day? I have not done anything different, I did walk for 30 mins last night, but other than that, same foods..
