Well it's Monday one of the most dreaded days of the week, But this morning I weighed in and I'm happy to say I'm down 2 more pounds. I'm anticipating the days getting nicer so I can get out and walk and lose the last of the pounds needed to meet my goal. There is a light at the end of the tunnel, sometimes we lose focus we lose site of our goal. When that happens I look back at what I have accomplished and don't get discouraged, I pick myself up and get back on the right path. Have a great week!
