Weight is down by virtue of moving to a new place.

Move was on somewhat short notice, much less lead up time to it than anticipated, and I could only pack so much a day. Huge amounts of stress and worry = nausea and eating very little while being incredibly active. Happily the time frame for emptying old place got extended a week. The idea of having to be done seven days sooner has not been good for me mentally. I actually managed to sleep more than four hours last night knowing I had nine more days to empty the place, plus three to clear out large items I need to have taken away, give away, sell or somehow move into storage.

Anyway, my advice to everyone: spend some time every week getting rid of junk and clutter. You don't need it and you will regret having it in the end. Don't let yourself be dominated by your possessions.

186.8 lb Lost so far: 28.2 lb.    Still to go: 16.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Glad you got done moving! Good advice, I am working on"downsizing" my stuff all the time.

@abbadabba I'm not actually done yet. But thanks! At least it's no longer a horrifying prospect. And in a couple days a friend is going to adopt my old treadmill. I cleaned it up, got another friend's husband (who is just an awesome, kind man) to help reattach an important knob I accidentally screwed off because I forgot how it worked, and I've tested it and it works fine! And good for the downsizing. I need to continue after the move is done. I know I have stuff I've moved that I don't need. Just need to make myself sort and throw away.
