Interesting drop. I've been annoyingly stuck between 190-192.
188.8 lb Lost so far: 26.2 lb.    Still to go: 18.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Everybody plateaus at some point in time. The thing to keep in mind is to have other indicators that your health is improving, so you can celebrate those victories!
