Never paid attention to the calories in the gum I chew. Today I've realized that 2g of carbs add up when you chew 30 pieces of gum a day. I quit chewing tobacco 10+ years ago and replaced the habit with gum. I know I'll need to cut back on my gum habit. Does anyone have suggestions on a gum that will have the least impact on a Low Carb diet?
211.2 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 36.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
