Trying to get back on the wagon. Not that I have gained a lot, but the midsection is starting to grow again, and the general trend has been upwards. Want to keep it under control since I had done such a good job getting here a few years ago.
193.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 8.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
