JOURNAL: Fasting today and Sunday into Monday. Did not intentionally try to to do this…but I did overeat on Monday evening. It was Keto but it was way too much. I hate playing games like this. I really enjoy it more when I just do what I SHOULD do….Ah well…I will face what I have to face….Cause I refuse to quit now.
