Day 17 of my 90 day program went awesome. Now, it was raining and about 37 degrees out when I went for my walk. I was alone in the park other than one lady walking her dog while wrestling with an umbrella. The weather made me want to stay in bed, curl up with a good book, but it was a work day so not an option. I forced myself out of bed and bundled up in warm clothes an a rain coat I bought in Seattle.
Got to work late because my body does not move well in cold, damp weather. Had a client in the morning so did not eat until afternoon. A walk-in client took my early afternoon and then a sales rep took the rest of my afternoon, I finished my lunch around 4pm.
I had weighed the option of skipping dinner to make up for the previous nights popper binge. Since I ate lunch so late, I decided to skip dinner, not really hunger and had heart burn.
One thing I realized, (I heard this from others too) is that when I'm busy, I don't really think much about food. It makes getting through the cravings much easier. I hope you all have a great day and can stay busy.
