I've been away from exercise for 2.5 weeks. This Thursday will be three weeks. I was about a week away from my 10% BF goal I have been chasing for a few years. The day I was injured I had decided that the following week I was going to post a body picture of my accomplishment (PUFF!), no need now. My profile pic was when I joined, not some antiquated photo from a decade ago. When I get the green light to return to exercise I will post a pic of what I look like after being off for approx a month, and then in a few months do a side-by-side, before and after to show they results. I'm a wee bit apprehensive about this journey because I'm not sure of the degree of either my back or ankle injury. I can tell you this that the bar on my weight bench that you hang your legs over for exercise was bent in the fall. My back where my kidney is was the point of contact. I finally found a greater pain than my extensive rotator cuff repair. Hang in their gang. We've got our own journeys ahead of us.
