Back on the straight and narrow, need to get right! 2g net carbs bagels (Thin Slim hamburger bun pan grilled in butter to crisp). One with applewood smoked steelhead trout, cream cheese, capers and green onions. The other is bacon, egg, cream cheese and green onions.

6.5 net carbs for the entire meal. ~39g protein, ~56g fat(thanks to mass quantities of butter and cream cheese - for those on a deficit you can cut back).
