Odd, if you consume massive carbs and calories and don't burn them off then weight goes up. Need to make a note of that. :)
183.6 lb Lost so far: 32.4 lb.    Still to go: 3.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's just the water that carbs bind in the body, it has nothing to do with picking up weight in terms of fat!
