Woke at 221.0, down 4.4 from yesterday but up a few from last night after eating a few late snacks. Will fast until dinner and flush coffee and water with a Lasix assist. UPDATE: Fasted until 6 pm. Weighed 220.4 before dinner. Ate 1721 calories, which does not leave many per day for the rest of the month. Really went crazy with eating out this past week. Will sleep in tomorrow and I should drop some more of this water.
