Day seven, very peaceful. Woke up with energy but not wanting to do anything. So, just rested. After I woke from an afternoon nap, I was very hungry. This was the first real hunger on my 3 day fast. I drank a cup of coffee and a cup of bouillon, then my hunger was gone. Drank a cup of tea before bedtime and slept really well.
