My family and I were in the process of a home relocation in the last few weeks and although we've slept at our new house since last Wednesday, we've got a lot of cleaning up and junk removal from the old place. We are almost done living out of cardboard boxes.

We ate fast foods almost 2 times a day for 5 days and I must say, my body is craving more home cooked meals.

I took a week off for the actual move but today I am back in the office and looking forward to get back to a routine (as long as it is moving me in the right direction)

The move distraction, a really big one, is in my rear mirror and I am only looking ahead now.

Onward.
218.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
