Tilapia from a frozen bag, seasoned with Cajun and oven-baked with coconut oil
Mixed veggies sautéed, cut from fresh and seasoned with garlic and herb
Black beans from the can, drained/rinsed to reduce sodium

All for 395 cals!
57 g protein, 31 g carbs, 4 g fat

Frozen food or not, this looks very good....like how you placed the calorie count on it as well. Nicely done! Great dish and thanks for sharing.

My kind of meal!! I stocked up on frozen bags of tilapia and cod - lower sodium than others. I'd prefer to have freshly caught fish, but I can guarantee that I'll do the right thing according to my WOE when it's accessible at home. 😀
