Had a good day yesterday and a good workout not too worried about the weight gain. I have started eating a lot of green veges so will be feeling much better in a few days digestion wise. Need to get Cardio back into my life will see.
254.2 lb Lost so far: 85.5 lb.    Still to go: 62.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
