So tomorrow I go back to work and somewhat hesitantly. I have my lunch prepared so at least I don't have to worry about any emotional eating! I'm so fortunate to have such a loving, supportive family; they really do such a great job at being there for me. I'm hoping that my weight tomorrow will be 218 but since I didn't work out today I'm not going to be disappointed if it isn't.

If you get stressed at work you can always message me or if you 'd rather text , I can give you my number. Tuesdays are REALLY slow work days for me! and for me sometimes its better to talk to someone that doesn't know me as well, get more subjective encouragement.
