*sigh* . . .

I knew this was going to happen.
257.5 lb Lost so far: 20.3 lb.    Still to go: 114.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.8 lb a week

You are NOT alone! It will be o.k. though. Repeat this: "Today is the first day of the rest of my life" ... Forget the past, No mistakes, No disappointments. Today is brand new and you have a fresh start. Wipe the slate clean and start right now and make a vow to yourself that you WILL gain control and you will NOT use food as comfort but as fuel for your body. Your body is your temple and you will respect, love and nuture it. Now... do this for you. I also want you to look into the mirror and name at least ONE thing each morning that you love about yourself. It doesn't even have to be on the outside (at first).. but name SOMETHING positive about yourself. You have to love yourself first!!! You will be your best friend and your own motivator. Remember that you are important and that you diet, not to torment but b/c you love and respect yourself!

You hang in there... Look how far you have come. You have already lost 80 sticks of butter off your body. Don't look back.....tomorrow is a new day!
