going away this weekend so had to get on my scale. i usually weigh myself on lsaturday .. but dropped another 4lbs. I am smiling land lfeeling good. I still cant believe this works.. but my fat is proof.. my clotges are loose.. im lighter on my feet.. Just feeling good. thank you alll for ur support . I couldnt do this without you. HUGGZZZZ!
216.0 lb Lost so far: 1.7 lb.    Still to go: 35.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
