Overdid it on the carbs yesterday and the scale shows it. Despite eating within calorie limits, gained 2.2 lbs. yesterday. Also, didn't drink enough water yesterday. Today I will do better.

Fluid retention ladies...it happens to me in the summertime! It will drop once you pick back up on the water consumption. I get busy and forget, and I can always tell the next day, before I even step on the scale...my rings get tight! lol
