Another 1/2 a pound and I’ll be down 20 lbs and can buy myself new pants!! I hope it happens soon because I need new pants haha!
This is day 2 of working on my attitude...trying to focus on the positive because I have so much to be grateful for. I hope you all have a happy and fabulous day! Thank you all for supporting and helping me...you guys are the BEST!
138.2 lb Lost so far: 19.4 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Positive feels so much better than concentrating on the negative! LOL And the bad in this world seems to always be at the forefront of people’s minds. 🙋🏻But if we spread some nice maybe we’ll get more back? Ya know? LOL At least we can hope! How long do you think it takes to say something nice as opposed to think of something mean? LOL 🙋🏻‍♀️
