I eat this because I like to, plain and simple, and it provides me with the macronutrients that I fit into my week. And @20-to-loose you can look up the full ingredients on the Walmart website, I thought you just wanted the main label. But yeah all those fun loving tasty things. Mmm chemicals 😉 lol 😂

Well anything is “poison” in a high enough dosage. The majority of these foods contain “2% or less” of the so called “bad” stuff, which is literally nothing to me. Also I’ve been eating these sorts of foods off and on for the majority of my 28 years, and I’m healthier and more fit now (and getting even healthier and more fit) then I ever previously have been. If any of that stuff was an issue to my health or concern to me, I wouldn’t be eating it. Obviously. But to each is own, you eat the foods you enjoy, and I’ll eat mine. Now as far as “eating super duper healthy” goes, are there better cereals/burgers/oatmeal/etc choices out there? Sure 100% there are! But I’ll stick with the basics 😋

Oh this is only some of the foods I’ve eaten today. I could easily eat 2 servings of all those if I wanted to. Or literally all of one of those until I hit my total calorie and dietary needs for the day (or week if I chose) I’m assuming you think I’m “starving” myself due to what my weight says in my profile?!
Lol if that’s the case then no worries, that is not my average weight, that was my lowest of the low, (no water weight, depleted glycogen etc) I don’t put my weigh ins on this site because I use other apps and my own calculations to give much more accurate ways to log my weight entires. As well as the reasons such as constant fluctuations each day, Making the entries on here pointless for me personally. I know how much I’m losing per week in body fat, I’m not losing any muscle or strength while cutting down, and I’m in perfect health...
again I’m assuming you think I’m “under eating”
from those statements. Hope that clears things up.
