Looking Good! How do you like yoga? I had ACL surgery last year, so aerobic activity is a no, no for me until I gain more strength in my knee and I just received starting yoga dvd's. I'm really excited to be starting on Tuesday.

I really love it , it was hard at first but i am getting the hang of it now I feel relaxed and happier after doing it.
