HAPPY EASTER EVERYONE!!!!....took another day off from walkin...knee was bothering me early this morning, got up took something for it an went back to bed...would rather take the time off then have to take it off an not have a choice...but the plan today is to do a weight workout...just got to find a large dowel pin that i can run thur the 25 pound weight i have here at the house an then i can use it..thought about it yesterday afternoon with ideas of ways to use it once i got it set up...weigh in is today, but gonna weight till tomow hopin that i can get it down alittle since i ate some processed food yesterday...couldnt help myself...lol...it didnt really hurt my weight as i did weigh in today..but hopin to be even tomow...or less...time will tell...lots of water again today..an light on the carbs...even weighing in tomow an showing an even dot is ok with me...well gonna get up an make the bed...an decide if im eating breakfast or not..not even hungry after not eating since 5pm last night...but kno i need to wake up my metabolism ...have a great day everyone...
