For the past 2 months I have been eating horribly and not exercising at all. I feel miserable and bloated... YIKES! Time to get back on track!I want to get back to the girl on the right! LOL
253.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 93.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

You can do this. Just keep refocusing on your goal. You will get there and stay there. You go, goal girl!

I'm having very similar feelings. But...we have to take a deep breath, refocus, and start again. If we fail again, then we start again, adjusting along the way until we're rolling.

Everyday is a new day. A new beginning. We all are imperfect so just keep going. Maybe you need to readjust what you are doing. Earlier today someone told us their goals for March and asked us to tell them our goals. Maybe if you read what some of us said it might motivate you.
