I went on an eating binge practically tonight😲. I don't know what came over me. I wasn't depressed or anything like that. I've got to do better tomorrow! I just gave in to what I wanted instead of what I needed☹. Monday is my weigh in and if I don't control the eating I will for sure gain weight.😬😭

I have also been having some extremely bad binges in the past week and gained a bit of weight but it's okay just get back on track and your all good. Good Luck!

Me too, but my binge was to eliminate all the Sriracha in the house. I discovered that it had sugar in it! I went way over on everything by soaking a half pound of ground pork in it, cooking it, and then eating the whole darn thing in one sitting! I really do need to make all my own condiments and stop trying to buy prepackaged anything.

I lost all control last night too. In fact, I consumed more calories between 8pm and midnight than I did the whole rest of the day, and now I feel like garbage - mentally and physically. Good to know I'm not alone!

The key here imo... we have all had and will have them large intakes ...we have been with this type of behavior for awhile and we need to just re focus ourselves ... if it happens..get back on the track again..with the thoughts of I do really like the way I'm feeling when I follow my new plan too and I will continue it just to feel better ...much success on your journey to feeling better..you got this;)

I've had major issues with bingeing in the past but I've had it under control for a couple months now. If I HAVE to stuff my face, ie munchies, now I do veggies/almonds/cottage cheese. another fab of mine is baby dills wrapped in ham spread with a little whipped cream cheese 😉
