@ruppce you will, definitely, become stronger. I'm not always doing the right thing 🙊 It's a process , we just have to be patient with ourselves and have the desire to become better, stronger, healthier. 😉

yea. bet that was fresh. I would recommend a splash of citrus to liven it up. Orange, lemon, or lime. Maybe even some lemon zest.
