I am having a very, very bad day today. I swear, if I didn't care (which I do), I could eat half a pizza and an order of breadsticks with about six beers. In reality, I doubt if I could get half that down but the old Jen would've dived in head first.
It's just one of those bad days...hopefully tomorrow will bring back the sunshine in my disposition.
Until then, I'm going to take my frustrations out on the Beast.

We all have those days! They seem to want to drag on and never stop. But the sunshine will be back soon! Don't give up just yet.

Thanks davisgirl and angel_face - I took my frustrations out on the Beast (my bike). 14.2 miles in 1 hour.
