I know it's hard not to get frustrated but you know you are doing EVERYTHING right so just keep doing what you are doing and you KNOW that soon it's going to show all of the hard work!

Thanks guys...I'm such a perfectionist and so hard on myself. Deep breaths, lots of water and hopefully that scale will budge tomorrow when I "officially" weigh in. It hasn't moved in days and it's driving me crazy!!!
