3 days in a row, so I'm logging it. I leave on vacation tomorrow and there's no dieting on Girl's weekend. I will just have to try and get a good run on the beach in and get right back on track when I return.
127.4 lb Lost so far: 24.1 lb.    Still to go: 2.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
