I have lost 10 pounds since January 12th. I am pretty happy with the steady weight loss. My lowest weight was 182.5 in August of 2016. It took me over a year to pack this weight back on and it will take time to get rid of it.

216.6 lb Lost so far: 25.4 lb.    Still to go: 69.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
