So, I weighed myself again as I have been struggling with cravings and wanted to make sure I am not getting off track. to my surprise I am down another 3 pounds. I have been sticking to my low carb foods but the cravings are giving me a constant hunger. Does anyone on Atkins or low carb diets have any tips on staving off the cravings. I have been drinking 4 16 oz bottles of water a day.
