Yep, it's best to take control with any gain in P3. Also, wear clothes that fit - anything to remind you of the hard work you had to lose the weight.

2 weeks, but had an unplanned business trip that messed me up. I'm working on the "last 10" to goal so it's going to be a long, slow, low - loss round!

I will be in that boat on the next round. IF i do another round. I'm so close I'm hoping that keto and ramping up the exercise might eventually get me through the last 10. BUT I know me, I could easily lose patience with that and jump into that last round. We will see, come June or so... What does your excercise/activity look like - or do you have any energy for any more than walking during a round???

Not much exercise this round, usually I walk during lunch, but the snow prevents outdoor walking. Doing isometrics at home, abs & butt, need to hit the gym for more strength training.
