The energy is back, and will aim for a bit more slow 2+ pounds a week pace.
177.5 lb Lost so far: 106.3 lb.    Still to go: 5.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you 8Patty. Feels fantastic to get the Electrolytes in order. Feel charged. :) At my next rapid loss run, I will not neglect the electrolytes for sure.
