One lb from halfway point. Trying not to obsess over weekly weigh-ins, but I have one lesson learned: regular fasts of 12 - 16 hours (most time is over night) really kicks the keys process into high gear. Getting a bit weary of home cooking only. Many know that most restaurant menus are loaded with carbs but can be overcome.

I use to fish off that pier all the time, lots of sharks teeth in the sand!
