Mrs Rancor's Journal, 06 February 2018

So I went to the dr yesterday and I had lost 9 lbs since my last visit in November -- That does not seem like a lot over that span of time, however, I just became vegan on Jan 14th and was not really following any diet before then -- I have also lost 6 inches off my waist! A long way to go, however, I was so pleased and so excited to hear this. I am proud of myself!

Wow 6 inches off of your waist is amazing! Well, 9 pounds is 9 pounds! A great start! It does take awhile to get used to a new way of eating - I am sure you can do it.

that's great I'm sure your doing this so it lasts, and you live longer so who knows how much you just added and it may be water retention and muscle gain so don't stress, good work !!

My daughter has been a vegan since July '17 and to get a variety of recipes, go to You tuber "HighCarbHannah". Amazing recipes and you'll love her story of her weight loss journey.
