SheaDlady's Journal, 22 January 2018

Well, these are the problem areas my lab test show: White count low; Hemoglobin Low; Hematocrit low; Red cell distribution High; Neutrophils High, Lymph Low; Baso Low; D-Dimer extremely high; Glucose high; ALT/SGPT High (liver function).

Sounds like I need to find me a good tonic or something. Just started taking NAC, B 6, and need to start back on my Ojibwa, which cured my thyroid nodule problem. Maybe it will do the trick for the lungs too. Doctor wants me on steroids, but I don't like that idea at all. Looking for natural alternative, and continuing with aerobic breathing exercises.

I plan on sticking with the high fat, low carb, I just need to make sure I get healthy fats mostly, like coconut oil, butter, and olive oil. And since my gall bladder is gone going to get a good bile supplement.

Consider taking probiotics with an enzyme. I also had my gall bladder removed.

There's this crazy smart doctor in Tennessee who recommends Ox Bile for anyone who has had gall bladder removal. Dr. Ken D Berry - check out his youtube videos. and of course don't forget my favorite - Dr. John Bergman. Both offer a lot of great advise.

I checked out the ox bile and for reasons I can't remember, decided against it. Will check out Bergman when I get a chance. Thanks
