Just got it last night that my ketos are are at 7-8%, not the 5% recommended. Cals below 1200 most days. Not sure how to get that up. More fat. Less protein. Working on it. Have a great day everyone.
166.2 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 21.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Jackie, don’t stress on that ketosis number! That is a good number! You want to be in ketosis! YES!!!🙆🏻 YOU are there baby!!! To up your fats just a bit you can either add a bit of olive oil or coconut oil to your cooking or coffee if you can stand it. I can only stand it in my cooking. Or grab some nuts, I buy raw walnuts because they are high in fat and a few of them are pretty satisfying if you stop and think about what you are eating. Like when we were kids and used to have to shell the fricken nuts!🤷🏻‍♀️We didn’t eat huge cupfuls then! LOL Unless we had iron hands! I also eat cheese wrapped in cabbage and/or romaine or with a very few crackers (I’ve been in ketosis a LONG time and a few more carbs doesn’t snap me out). 💁🏻‍♀️ My body isn’t in autophagy. But it still maintains and is losing slowly. Try to keep your fat choices unprocessed if possible. The closer to natural your foods stay in the main, I think the better and healthier people feel. LOL Of course I violate this daily with my protein shake because I despise vegetables so much, but hey! I KNOW better!🙋🏻‍♀️
