Another birthday dinner this evening. I'm the one who selected the menu so there's good things to eat for me too. I'll probably be over carb but not much. I've decided not to have the dessert although I'll probably have one bite of flourless chocolate cake. 1 bite. I've been relying way too much on Coffee Bombs to get my fats up enough to balance out carbs attempting to stay >5%.

One of the ways I up my fat is by eating the white cheeses or whole dairy greek yogurt with other things. 🤷🏻‍♀️The yogurt I buy plain and flavor it until I can stand to eat it! LOL a packet of stevia and some tones or other sugar free vanilla extract are great! Add a bit of cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves, or lemon andyou have a nice yogurt. The cheese I eat alone or in a lettuce wrap with a bit of meat. By adding the cheese it’s an easy way for me to add some fat into my diet without the greasy taste. Provolone, Havarti, muenster, gouda, all are great for adding a bit if fat. 😃
