As shown in my Food List, I ended up having dinner afterall: 1/2 cup green beans, 1 small Roma tomato & 1/4 cup mashed potatoes with 1 Tbsp. Butter.
Totals for the day:
Fat = 116.83
Carbs = 30.26
Fiber = 3.2
Net Carbs = 27.06
Protein = 50.84
Calories = 1410
