CABIN FEVER BLUES...goood sunday morning...all the below zero wind chill temps and being inside just makes for a longgggggg day..yesterday sinuses was bothering me..sun was shinning outside..but it was only 19 an with wind chill 8 maybe before noon..but i needed to take the trash out..so put my 2 layers on..face mask..gloves...an ventured out...actually it felt good outside for a change..yes it was cold..but felt good just to get outta the house an move around..walked up an down the drive couple of times before i decided to head back inside...with the sun shinning as you looked out the front window...just looked so nice an warm outside...

weahter for this week a warm up...today in the low 40s..an tomorrow to...then low 50s wed an thur...an then back to colder air again...im thinking some outdoor riding time this week..but wont know till the day i decide to get out..im sure its gonna be layered up riding with runny nose an frozen toesies...but so worth it..

just got done with a 24.2 mile ride on zwift...felt great to get that many miles in for a change...1:32 on time..15.9 mile ave...burned 732 in calories..

todays plan..depending on the weather...might get a ride in before lunch outside..not a long one..just one to get some riding time outside for a change...its great to have an inside trainer this time of year...but nothing compares to an outside ride..i need what few i get thru the winter to recharge me to get me thru rest of winter months...

well...need to get up an make a salad for later...did my workout on a 16 hour fast an not even hungry..but by 8 or 9am or so im sure il be hitting bottom of my fat stores...im sure im already there an just dont know it..protein/creatine/caffeene tab /raw egg just last for so long...time to have another protein shake to help muscles an then later my salad...
