Taking measurements today.....down 17lbs from the very beginning. I started out at 198 then after the first week of training went up to 201-202, now I'm down to 183...that's a good start. I need to be proud of this accomplishment, it really is something to be happy about. I'm just used to doing some yo-yo diet where I lose 30lbs in 6 weeks and no exercise. Now I'm eating right and exercising 5-6 days a week for at least an hour. I'm ready to reach my goal weight so I can back off the workout to maint mode. Well hopefully my inches have changed today, I'll be ok with that since my weight is stationary right now. I have a pair of J.Lo jeans from 2006 I'm trying to get into before I head back to AZ wish me luck!
