Just a measely 1 lb this week. It was all that alcohol! No more for me. I am 5 lbs off 2 stone !! WHOOP!! I am going to get to that in the next 2 weeks. Am feeling FAB.

Diet Calendar Entry for 17 March 2010:
1911 kcal Fat: 157.29g | Prot: 104.05g | Carb: 27.13g.   Breakfast: sweetener, coffee decaf, whipping cream, red peppers, Olive Oil, eggs, cheese. Lunch: sliced cheese, beef burger, cucumber, hellmans mayo, salad, chicken. Dinner: broccoli, green beans, red onion, olive oil, BUTTER, salmon. more...

Yes, alcohol does affect your weight loss. Your body has to burn through the alcohol before it will burn fat. That is just with plain alcohol. If you had wine or beer (sugars/carbs) you will be taken out of ketosis and then you have to wait apprx 72 to return. In addition, alcohol will cause you to dehydrate, causing weight gain.
