I am feeling so good this week! I was walking today and for the first time I can really feel the weight loss in my body. I am lighter and can walk faster , my back doesn't ache. My knee doesn't hurt! I have gone from being in my thirties feeling 40 to feeling young again. It helps that spring has arrived and the coats are off. Its been such a long winter, but I feel like a butterfly emerging from a cocoon! I can't wait for more to come off...
